TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules

1. Only open to [UK][GB] residents aged 18 or over. Visitors to grandnationallegends.com who submit a vote for a Grand National Legend or make a nomination for a People’s Legend between 15 February 2011 up to and including midnight on 25 March 2011 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win 2 VIP tickets to Grand National Day at Aintree on Saturday 9th April 2011. [Entry into prize draw is limited to one per person]. There is no limit on the number of votes that can be cast per person.

2. The prize includes:
- 2 VIP tickets for adults aged 18 years or over to Grand National Day at Aintree on Saturday 9th April 2011, which includes
- Two places in Manifesto Hospitality which includes the following:
- a course facing facility with viewing balcony;
- coffee and pastries upon arrival;
- a four-course luncheon including house wine;
- a complimentary bar (commencing 11am and finishing at the end of the final race, complimentary bar excludes Champagne, liqueurs and tobacco);
- afternoon tea;
- [one] racecard [per guest];
- one steeplechase car parking label; and
- access to private tote betting.

All other travel, accommodation, subsistence, betting or expenses must be borne by the prize winner and their guest.

3. The promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time, or to withdraw the promotion altogether due to circumstances outwith its control. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize offered. Prize is not transferable.

4. Entry is open to all people who submit a vote for a Grand National Legend or make a nomination for a People’s Legend between 15 February 2011 up to and including midday on 25 March 2011, excluding employees of the Promoter, Heineken UK Ltd and their immediate family members. The winner will be drawn at random by the promoter from all qualifying entries on Monday 28th March 2011 and will be informed on Monday 28th March 2011 using the email and/or telephone contact details the promoter has in relation to the winner's details submitted on grandnationallegends.com. The winner must respond within 7 days to receive their prize. If the winner does not respond in this time the draw will be re-run.

5. If the promoter discovers that any entrant was ineligible to enter or has breached these terms and conditions, that entrant will forfeit any prize won. If the promoter discovers that a winner should not have been included, that prize winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

6. The winner authorises the promoter to publish their name and agrees to participate in further reasonable publicity connected with this prize draw and the winner's name may be published on the promoter's website: www.grandnationallegends.com from Monday 28th March 2011.

7. By placing a vote on this website, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of the privacy policy.

8. The promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this promotion. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending messages is not proof of receipt and Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt, or the late receipt, of messages due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route.
